I offer a group guided meditation to help you tap into the spirit realm so you connect more deeply with your Guides and experience other Christ-like Spirits and Master teachers. Each time offered, the Spirit Realm will help determine what is the highest good for all those participating. Sometimes, Spirit asks us to do healing for the planet, release negative energy, always within ourselves first and then for all of creation.
Join me in a free group meditation!
Increasing self-awareness, imagination and creativity, reduce negative emotions, increase patience and destress. Just come as you are and I'll guide you and the group through a meditation.
