2023 Fall Equinox Gathering

We have worked hard since the Spring to develop new skills, take on new ideas, challenge ourselves, unfold new ways of being in your life and let go of the things that no longer serve us. Fall is the perfect time of year to express gratitude and celebrate all we have unfolded. You have gained much wisdom and a deeper understanding of what works and what doesn’t in your life. Take the time to Connect with your Higher Self, Spirit Guides and of course your fellow Humans. Let’s celebrate our success together!

Lunch is included:  Soup(s), tea, coffee, iced tea, and water provided – Bring a potluck side dishes, deserts, etc.

Opening: Create Sacred Space and invite our Spirit Family

Talking circle to share what’s in your heart

Do exercises to use your 4 psychic skills (hearing, seeing, knowing, and feeling). Practice builds confidence.

Teaching about Medicine Wheel

Do a Medicine Wheel-which includes guided meditation, dancing & physical movement to let the energy flow through you and facilitate healing & balance.

Things to bring: Travel mug, camping chair, blanket or towel to sit on the ground. Dress for weather.
